At Rigged Thing, we want to get your gear to you as quickly as possible so you're ready for the next festival.

Processing Times: All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Standard Shipping (Canada): 5–10 business days - $8.00 or Free on orders over $100.

• Standard Shipping (USA): 7–14 business days - $8.00 or free on orders over $100

• International: 14–21 business days.  $15 or free on orders over $100

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Rigged Thing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
